1. Return Eligibility

- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

We may offer a trial period for mattresses. During this period:

- The mattress must be in hygienic condition
- Return requests must be raised within the trial period

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
