Refund & Return Policy

At ZYLO Mattress, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.



1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within [7/10/15 days] of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is provided

Note: Used, damaged, or altered products may not be eligible for return.



2. Mattress Trial (If Applicable)

We may offer a trial period for mattresses. During this period:

  • You can request a return or replacement if unsatisfied
  • The mattress must be in hygienic condition
  • Return requests must be raised within the trial period

(Customize trial duration if you offer one, e.g., 30/60/100 nights)



3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)



4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process

5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method



6. Replacement Policy
  • Replacement is available for defective or damaged products
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost



7. Return Shipping
  • Free return pickup may be provided in selected locations
  • In other cases, return shipping charges may apply
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


8. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (you may request a return instead)



9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images/videos for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund
